Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses in Israel. Delivery is by courier to your door.

Delivery prices

The price depends on your town and the order total (after coupons):

• Centre, Shephelah, Sharon, Jerusalem & Modiin: ₪29.99 under ₪200 · ₪19.99 from ₪200 · ₪9.99 from ₪500.
• North, South & outlying areas: ₪39.99 under ₪200 · ₪29.99 from ₪200 · ₪9.99 from ₪500.

The exact price for your address is shown at checkout before you pay. Sets and kits count towards the total.

Delivery times

Orders are usually delivered within [to be completed] business days of payment. Our courier will call you before delivery, which is why a phone number is required at checkout.

Cancelling an order

Under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, you may cancel a purchase within 14 days of receiving the products, provided they are unopened and unused and in their original packaging. Cosmetic products that have been opened cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. A cancellation fee of up to 5% of the price or ₪100 (the lower of the two) may apply, as permitted by law.

To cancel, email carolinekeller.pro@gmail.com with your order number. The refund is made to the original means of payment.

Damaged or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we’ll replace it or refund you in full, including delivery.
