Caroline K is committed to making this website accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We see accessibility as part of a good, respectful and equal browsing experience.

Standard

The site was built to meet Israeli Standard IS 5568, which is based on the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 at level AA, under the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013.

What we’ve done

• Full keyboard navigation, with a clear focus outline and a “Skip to content” link.
• A logical heading structure and labelled landmarks for screen readers.
• Text alternatives for meaningful images; decorative media is hidden from assistive technology.
• Colour contrast checked to AA level.
• Forms with clear labels and spoken error messages.
• Respect for the “reduce motion” setting, and an accessibility menu: high contrast, highlighted links, larger text, a readable font, stop animations and a large cursor.

Browsers

The site is designed for current versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge, on desktop and mobile (iOS and Android).

Known limitations

Some customer videos have no captions, and some third-party components (such as the payment page) are not fully under our control. We are working to improve them.
